In order to keep your charcuterie and cutting board in prime condition, please follow these suggestions:

To avoid bacteria, always clean your board after use. Clean with hot, soapy water, rinse with hot water and dry with a clean dish towel. Store in a dry area. Hand wash only, never submerge in water. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave, on a hot surface or in a hot oven.

We finish our boards with Clapham's beeswax salad bowl finish. We recommend using this product or something similar once a month to keep your board in pristine condition.
